We use our proprietary "Frigate" docking software for docking subsets from the purchasable ligand database "ZINC" of more than 4.6 million entries. If you order this service from us, we return a best hits list with manufacturers' catalogue numbers, and you can order the best hit ligands from the compound manufacturers directly.

Protein-ligand binding sites

We can answer intricate queries about protein-ligand binding sites in the PDB. Our catalogue contains more than 25,000 crystallographically verified binding sites from the PDB.

Sequence similarity and clustering

We offer sequence similarity discovery and clustering services. If you cannot do that with variants of Blast, then contact us for a fast solution.
